Pilates Mat - All Levels
The Pilates Method Matwork is a system of exercise that emphasizes the strengthening of the powerhouse region of your body, fluidity of movement, muscle control and strength. Bring a thick padded (not yoga) mat, light hand weights, towel, and a water bottle with you to class. Mat Class for all participant levels of experience.  

Pilates Mat - Intermediate / Advanced
This faster paced class is designed for physically fit participants experienced with the basic mat exercises who want to progress to the next level.  T
he Pilates Method Matwork is a system of exercise that emphasizes the strengthening of the powerhouse region of your body, fluidity of movement, muscle control and strength. The class is challenging and energizing.   We include the use of the stability ball for a portion of the class.

Yoga Stretch

Reach new levels in your body and create a deep, complete level of fitness, energy, and vitality. Develop long, lean, toned muscles. Improve range of motion, flexibility, breathing, posture. Lower stress and increase relaxation.  Feel energized and balanced. Yoga Stretch will help you achieve body strength, enhanced breathing, and flexibility.

Pilates and Yoga On the Ball
Fun, challenging, and effective exercises for both men and women! Use of the stability ball strengthens the deep core abdominals, back, hips, thighs and buttocks and enhances muscle tone and mental concentration. Bring a padded exercise mat, hand weights (3-8 lbs), towel and water. Balls will be available in class.

Core and More
This class includes a system of exercise that emphasizes the strengthening of the core (abdominal powerhouse) region of your body, fluidity of movement, muscle control and strength. Reach new levels in your body and create a deep, complete level of fitness, energy, and vitality. Develop long, lean, toned muscles. Improve range of motion, flexibility, breathing, and posture. Lower stress and increase relaxation.  Feel energized and balanced and achieve body strength and enhanced breathing.  Bring a thick padded (not yoga) mat with you to class.

 

Get on The Ball

This muscle conditioning and flexibility class uses the stability ball to uniquely challenge your muscles to a whole new level. Enhance your strength, endurance, core conditioning, flexibility, and balance.  Bring a thick padded (not yoga) mat, with you to class.

 

Kinesis

Kinesis is a unique experience and it is a new way to exercise,   It allows to  perform an infinite variety of exercises and movements. Kinesis means movement. It is the latest method of exercise and training available. Kinesis utilizes a closed loop and pulley design that provides for total body involvement and workout.   It works the entire body, with emphasis on core stability, balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular training,
